"Massey Men" everywhere are familiar with these words. You know first-hand of the excellence realized by this vision statement.
On June 30th, Dr. and Mrs. Massey will officially retire from their roles as 9th President and First Lady of Morehouse College.
Since 1995, President Massey has been a stabilizing force at the institution providing leadership, vision, direction and a standard for excellence at the College for the past 12 years. We have also been fortunate to have an energetic, charismatic and student-centered first lady, Shirley, to help him achieve tremendous success at Morehouse.
Today, we invite all "Morehouse Men of the Massey" era (1995-2006) to send a personal note of thanks and congratulations to them to be compiled for presentation in a bounded book of memories that they will cherish forever.
Please take a moment to share some personal thoughts and words of encouragement as they prepare for their retirement days.
We have much to celebrate. The Morehouse brand is stronger today than it has ever been and we are better positioned for the future than we have ever been. Your successful matriculation at Morehouse and President Massey's leadership of the College were key to our collective success.
Please let them know how much you appreciate their leadership. We will ony be able to accommodate 300 letters, so use the following dates and formats as your guide:
